Bezel Setting Punches - Set of 18

Ideal for setting stones, this set includes 18 concave, tempered punches. Simply insert the stone, then press the punch directly over the prongs to securely set. The concave-shaped design will push your prongs evenly, and gently - especially fragile stones. Works with stones that measure from 2 mm up to 6 mm in diameter. Comes in a convenient wooden storage box for easy organization and identification (the storage holes are clearly marked).

Tips:
This bezel setting tool comes with 18 hardened steel concave punches, perfect for bezel setting small and medium stones up to about 1 karat. To use this tool, chose a punch about a millimetre bigger than the outside diameter of the bezel you are working with, clamp it into the handle, and gently rotate the concave end of the punch around the top of the bezel with increasing force until the stone is set. The handle and the case are both constructed of polished hardwood, and the case has millimetre measurements etched into it above each punch marking the inside diameter. The case has a latch on it and can be closed securely. To ensure smooth bezels, polish the inside of each punch with a silicone abrasive flex shaft bit before use.
